GOOD POINTS

I would have to say that the nutritional guidance is more than just an eye opener, more like a life changer. I know that sounds far fetched and hypey, but when you see the truth about what you should and shouldn't feed your body, the whole mystery about why it's so hard to lose weight and keep it off is all of a sudden a little more clear.

The value for money here is tremendous, particularly considering all the bonus material you receive. In fact, if you follow the guide properly and make a conscious effort to see it through for long enough, you'll likely not even need the bonus guides.

I'm really happy with the results so far after just a few weeks. I can feel changes mentally more than anything, but indeed the scales are beginning to drop bit by bit (I've lost about 7lbs so far and I didn't even hit the gym yet!) and that's an awesome feeling.

I think that I will hit my goals of being proud to strut the beaches next summer if I follow Mike's advice of goal setting and motivation. I was not exactly obese when I started this program, but a few stone overweight and always feeling low and tired, so the goal of losing those extra couple of stones is far more insight than ever before.
