One of the things I think put me off a little at first was the sheer volume of information that I was confronted with after downloading the material.
I'm not a big reader and I kind of wanted to get started right away.
If I felt like that, then I am sure there must be others who felt the same way too. Although I would imagine that others would also say that it's simply good value for money and that you should just take it in your stride and just take action.
I also thought that a lot of the exercises were nothing new or special, many of them I had seen before in magazines.
However, I also must say that it's more to do with how these exercises are combined into a specific routine and nutritional plan, so I am not sure it it's fair to slate the guide on that basis alone.
Apart from these points, the only other thing I would say is that it would have better to have this information presented in either an audio format or video. This is just my personal preference, but I do think that it would make for better learning, especially if you're not a big fan of reading.
In fact, I would advise you to print off the main manual right away, instead of trying to read it all from your computer screen.
