Lots of content
The first time I saw the sales page, I was actually as sceptical as ever. It looked like every other book out there - a little too much of what I call "over promise" if you would have asked me at the time.
However, the reason I bothered to actually read what the product could offer is because I truly had nothing to lose at the time. After all, I'd read a lot of similar looking guides and had been given a lot of advice from trainers down at my local gym.
But because I simply couldn't stick to a gym routine (perhaps because I never saw results) I simply lost touch with what the experts had to say.
Even so, I was still was convinced that there was a solution...after all, abs are not a myth, they are clearly obtainable as we see them all over the place...and just like you, I wanted to know how to get six pack for real.
The problem I thought of first was that the guide is ridiculously big. I was kind of pumped up for learning how to get abs quickly, but didn't realize that I'd have to read such a lot to get there! Sheesh...
Still, I guess that I've got my money's worth and it's already clear to see that the author Mike Geary is not only very knowledgeable about getting abs and general fitness and nutrition, but he's put a lot of time and effort into creating this guide.
As I continued to read the inspiring intro which made it clear that the Truth About Abs is equally suitable for men and women alike, I kind of liked the fact that he points out "You do not need to do all of these exercises and use all of the equipment mentioned in order to get the results that you desire".
That's good to know, because I wanted the body but never had the time! Plus, I wasn't a big gym rat like everyone else, so I wanted to know that I could use this to suit my personal lifestyle and preferences. We'll see how that works out...
As I begin to get into the meat of the guide, I can tell that the real truth about this system is actually that you will need some time and discipline, which is to be expected. So if you read anywhere else that you can get abs overnight then I'd love to see how.
The underlying message here is that the Truth About Abs is set out to dispel the myths about weight loss and help you to eat right and exercise in a way that suits your needs. It's not so much about becoming a world class body builder, but instead getting lean body mass so that your abs show through naturally...only then can you decide if you want to work on the muscle building from there on out.
This is probably why 60% of buyers of Truth About Abs are women...because there is a stronger emphasis on weight loss as opposed to bulking yourself out. Makes sense really, as we all have abs...it's just the fat that covers them which is the problem...so if we can get rid of that flab then we're going to automatically see a toned stomach as a result.
